PnP Framwork provisioning problems

It seems that MS has introduced another breaking change or they have some technical problems that affect the PnP Framework. This is resulting in errors during Intranet installation / update when applying the PnP Templates. The Intranet team is currently working on a fix for this and we anticipate that a new Partner Pack will be release (2.2) that will rectify the issue.
Once the new Partner Pack has passed QA testing we will communicate with you all.
