Valo Connect "Failed to load component" error - window.__loadTheme is not a function

(2021-09-22) The issues outlined in this incident are now resolved. An update to Valo Connect has been published via our Fastlane CDN service, and will automatically apply to customers with Valo Connect v1.2 and Valo Connect v2.0.
(2021-09-22) After restoring functionality of Valo Connect via our Fastlane CDN infrastructure, we have observed a subsequent issue in Valo Connect. The issues are minor, and relate to some text translations, and minor UI concerns (e.g. background images not loading correctly). These issues are an effect of resolving the "window.__loadTheme" error and restoring Valo Connect functionality. Work is under way to resolve these issues.

Valo are working on a fix to this error and will deploy the update via a Fastlane release, so it automatically applies to all customer environments.
We continue to investigate the underlying cause of this error. Initial investigation shows an unexpected change to the Microsoft 365 platform has given rise to the issue.

Expected availability of fix¶
Valo Connect¶
- An update has been delivered via Fastlane for v2.0, customers who have had Valo Connect v2.0 installed should start to see a functionality inside Microsoft Teams restored
- For customers on v1.2 of Valo Connect, a further fix will be delivered via Fastlane to resolve the issue here
- We expect both v2.0 and v1.2 fixes to have commenced rolling out to customers within 12 hours
- Customers on Valo Connect v1.1 or ealier, must update to the latest version of Valo Connect to receive automated updates to the product
